I enjoyed that this book had more than straight up nutrition tips but was more of small lifestyle change tips that are easy to apply in every day life. Dorner stresses the point that nutrition is more than eating right, it is managing the aspects that affect the overall health of mind and body. One secret I will try to use to live a healthier and more wholesome lifestyle is the 80/20 rule. Eat healthy 80% of the time and eat what you crave 20% of the time. I feel that diets can be so constricting that they cause to people to lose interest and be frustrated when it doesn’t work for their body type. This book was a refreshing view of nutrition that anyone can learn from and be able to find something to apply in everyday life.
