You know that feeling you get when you awake from a bad dream and find that you are safe and sound in your home? At first you are still caught up in the bad dream and then you realize that it was just a dream. You are safe and in your own bed. There is such a feeling of relief that hits you. I often think about that when I start to feel stressed. Working on too many projects and not completing any of them…getting upset over news that I hear…having issues with family and friends…the list of stress triggers go on an on, but relief is something else. I find myself working and doing things and then stopping to wonder why I stress over the little things. I have to remind myself that the world will not stop because I do not finish something.
